I owe a debt of gratitude to the staff at the Delta Airlines Monroe Office for assisting me in a travel crisis. The whole experience was a reminder that great customer service can make a big difference — especially when you feel so helpless. I must say I thoroughly enjoy the professionalism, courtesy, and resourcefulness shown by the Delta Airlines Monroe Office crew. They truly exceeded expectations, and I'm truly thankful.
