My most recent flight with 9 Air HAN Terminal was a genuinely remarkable experience. I received prompt, competent service as soon as I arrived at the terminal. Even though it's a budget airline, 9 Air went above and above my expectations in terms of organization and service. Well-run security and boarding procedures with unambiguous directions made the experience less stressful. The airplane was clean once you were on board, and for a low-cost airline, the seats were quite comfy. The flight crew was attentive and always smiling and willing to help. I had a good overall experience, and I was really grateful that the aircraft was on time. 9 Air at HAN Terminal provides excellent prices without sacrificing client service. Flying with them is something I would really recommend, and I'm forward to use 9 Air once more in the future!
