Hi! I was impressed by AirAsia GVA Terminal. The airport was new, and all the signs were well placed so it was really easy to get around. The staff were courteous, and security was prompt. The waiting lounge had power points, which was a big bonus. Boarding was efficient, and the flight itself was comfortable even though it was a low-cost carrier. The in-flight service was excellent, and the crew were friendly. Actually, I did not have any complaints—fantastic value for money!
