Hello, I used AirAsia recently at AirAsia ZRH Terminal and it was a great experience. Right from check-in to boarding, everything went smoothly. The personnel were helpful, and the terminal was clean. I enjoyed having food facilities available even at unusual times. Free Wi-Fi was an added advantage while waiting. While the terminal may become crowded, it never seemed messy. Announcements were clear, and gate changes were communicated well. AirAsia’s counter was well-managed, and boarding was right on time. Definitely one of the better low-cost carrier experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend flying AirAsia out of Zurich.
