Hi! Just had to post how great my Alaska Airlines EWR Terminal was. Terminal is small but not full, and check-in desks were adequately staffed. TSA lines were a breeze, which is always a bonus. Gate team was courteous and kept passengers informed. I didn't care for the food choices, but I prepared for it. The standout was the pleasantness of the airline workers—they actually cared. It all stayed on schedule, and the gate had respectable amenities. It's not a fancy terminal, but Alaska Airlines provided a seamless experience.
