Traveling with Alaska Airlines from Newark (EWR) truly provided a seamless and invigorating journey. Terminal A, which is operated by Alaska, appears clean, contemporary, and far less hectic than I anticipated from a significant airport in the NYC region. The Alaska Airlines EWR Terminal check-in procedure was efficient—kiosks functioned properly and the personnel were pleasant and helpful. The security process was smooth, and I liked the roomy waiting area close to the gates, which had good food choices and easily accessible charging ports. Alaska's gate agents made clear announcements, and the boarding process was organized, which significantly contributed to reducing stress levels. My only small complaint was the restricted seating by the gate during busy times, but in general, it was a lovely beginning to my journey. Alaska appears to have a strong operation at EWR, and I would happily travel with them from there again.
