I had gone to the Qatar Airways Bath Office recently in the hope of resolving a tricky booking, and although the staff were courteous and helpful, overall my experience was somewhat mixed. The office itself is well placed, and it is actually very easy to locate. The atmosphere is minimalist, and it is very highly finished, which created an instant good impression. But the process did feel somewhat sluggish. I waited longer than I had anticipated to have someone attend to me, and the employees appeared to be doing several things at the same time. Though they were accommodating once they reached me, I did feel the efficiency could have been improved upon. It felt as though they were slightly understaffed to accommodate the number of customers in the office. That being said, the personnel was helpful and did offer me all the information that I required about my flights, along with some advice on navigating layovers, so I appreciate that. It's a fine choice if you want to reserve your flights personally, but be ready for possible delays. I would still say it's fine for its excellent service, though, but needing improvement in its efficiency in taking care of clients.
