Last week, I went with my friends to the Lufthansa Airlines Santiago Office and I can honestly say, it was a great experience all the way through. The people in the office were so friendly and eager to help with anything we might require. We were in need of assistance with seat upgrades and traveling requirements because there had been changing restrictions, and the staff were more than happy to guide us through the lot. What I liked best was the way they were so careful about attending to our group's requirements. We had some special requests, like varying our seating arrangements and requesting suggestions on in-flight amenities, and they addressed each one effortlessly. The office was highly organized, and the whole procedure seemed smooth and slick. Additionally, the expertise of the staff regarding the most up-to-date rules and regulations and their willingness to respond to all our questions reassured us. We departed the office knowing that Lufthansa was looking out for us. In total, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly suggest the Lufthansa office in Santiago to any passenger who flies with them.
