I recently went to the EL AL Airlines Belgrade Office with a group of friends, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service we received. The employees were extremely friendly and patient with us, particularly since we had quite a number of questions regarding group bookings and special requests. We were initially unsure about how to handle our flight schedules, but the agents took the time to listen to our needs and offered us several great solutions. Amongst the staff there was one particularly excellent person explaining the baggage conditions for our huge group, saving us a significant amount of later stress. The office itself was cozy and adequately furnished with chairs, so that we didn't feel hurried. The staff also ensured that we all fit in together, which made the entire experience both smooth and pleasurable. Ultimately, the booking process was quick, and we left the office feeling positive about our travel arrangements. I will certainly recommend this office to anyone traveling with family or friends. Overall, the experience was excellent!
