Hi! Me and my friends and I had a very good experience in the SAS Airlines Warsaw Office before our flight. We needed to check our baggage allowance and our check-in details, so we decided to pay a visit to the office instead of waiting till we arrived at the airport. The staff there was extremely professional and assisted us with all we required. They clarified the baggage policy well and even advised us on how to avoid unnecessary charges. And they also helped us with an early check-in so that we would not have to worry about it later. All thanks to them, we had a stress- and hassle-free experience at the airport. SAS Airlines' customer support is outstanding, and I would highly recommend their Warsaw office for any type of travel-related question. It actually made our trip worth it! The staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. They took care to explain the change fees and options available so that we received the best choice. What could have been a stressful experience was actually completely stress-free! The office itself, too, was incredibly neat and tidy, and that added all the more to the overall experience. If you are traveling on SAS Airlines and need any form of help whatsoever, I would thoroughly recommend calling into their Warsaw office. Service is superb!
