I recently had the opportunity to visit the British Airways Orlando Office and I had an absolutely amazing experience. A kind and competent staff greeted me as soon as I went in and made me feel important as a client. The personnel were very informed, kind, and attentive. They patiently and clearly walked me through the process of changing my forthcoming flight and took the time to fully address all of my queries. One particularly memorable experience was when a person went above and above to make sure my travel preferences and seat choice were ideal for my needs after realizing I was traveling for a special occasion. I was quite impressed by their attention to detail and sincere care for client pleasure. The office itself was tidy, well-organized, and fostered a productive and peaceful environment. Travelers want exactly this kind of care, and I left feeling very secure and comfortable about my plans.
