Hello! Traveling by Copa Airlines BOS Terminal was a piece of cake. Terminal E was a cinch to get around, and the Copa check-in staff were courteous and professional. They explained things well and got us processed in no time at all. Security lines were moving rapidly, and the terminal was large enough for them to have people waiting and relaxing without overcrowding.". While I didn't notice a Copa-specific lounge, there were enough cafes and stores to explore. Boarding was on time, and the gate agents kept everyone informed. I greatly appreciated the bilingual service throughout. I'd fly Copa from terminal again in a heartbeat—great airport experience overall!
