Copa Airlines IAD Terminal operates out of Terminal A at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and provides travelers with a full complement of services to make travel as comfortable and convenient as possible. Tickets are available for purchase online, through the Copa app, by phone call, or at the airport ticket counters where courteous agents help book and modify reservations. Online check-in is offered from 24 hours before flight departure, or through airport staffed counters and kiosks. Passengers should check in a minimum of three hours prior to international flights. Baggage allowance consists of one carry-on and one personal item, with checked bag limits varying by fare class and destination. Special items and additional baggage need advance notice. Although Copa does not have a lounge of its own at IAD, qualifying passengers are able to access United Club lounges under the Star Alliance agreement, providing additional luxury prior to their flight.
