I arrived at PHX with about two hours to spare before my flight. Terminal 3, which houses Delta Airlines, is not the biggest terminal, but it’s definitely one of the most modern at Sky Harbor. What stood out immediately was how clean and thoughtfully designed the space was. The signage was clear, directing me to Delta’s check-in counters without any confusion. Unlike the usual rush you feel at larger terminals, here everything was laid out logically and at a relaxed pace. Delta had a long row of self-service kiosks ready for use, and since I had already checked in online, I just needed to print my bag tag. I didn’t even need to wait. One of the staff members noticed I looked slightly unsure about how to attach the tag, and they kindly offered assistance right away. The bag drop was smooth and quick, and the Delta agents were cheerful and efficient. Within just ten minutes of arriving, I was already heading toward the security checkpoint.
