The office itself was tidy, well-organized, and had a soothing environment, which made the wait considerably more enjoyable. The degree of professionalism and patience the staff demonstrated was most notable, considering that there were other customers present. They attended to every person present without rushing them. Location-wise, it is very easy to find and is close to the main train station in Hamburg. If you only spend a short time here, that is a huge plus. Generally, I was satisfied with the service I got and would recommend a visit if you need help or want an answer about KLM.
