Hello, for a low-cost airline, my Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal was passable. Check-in was easy because the terminal wasn't crowded when I got there. The Frontier counter staff was polite and supportive. The security check took about twenty minutes. There wasn't much to eat, there weren't many power outlets, and the seats were close together. Nevertheless, the flight departed on schedule and the announcements were clear. It's acceptable if you don't mind a simple experience. I would advise packing your own snacks and downloading any entertainment in advance. For short journeys, Frontier is reasonable given the cost.
