Flying out of Frontier Airlines John F. Kennedy Airport was a good experience overall. The flight boarded on time, and the staff onboard was friendly and courteous. However, the terminal itself needs some serious upgrades. Seats were minimal, and many people sat on the floor as they waited. Food options were minimal, so I was happy I had brought my own snacks. The check-in was pretty easy, particularly if you take advantage of the self-serve kiosks, although be prepared to pay for it all—bags, seats, and even water in-flight. The gate staff were pleasant and communicated well with everyone, which made things less stressful. Although it's certainly no-frills flying, it's perfect for short hops and budget-conscious travelers. Just don't count on fancy airport facilities. Arrive early, be prepared, and you’ll likely find the experience acceptable.
