Hello! I flew through the Icelandair JFK Terminal recently, and it was seamless and enjoyable. The check-in was efficient, and the agents were courteous and professional, double-checking all of our documentation to ensure a smooth flight. The terminal was tidy, wide open, and had ample seating, which was much more bearable while waiting. We also appreciated the food options and charging stations, which were super convenient.
