Hello, The experience of flying JetBlue Airways JFK Terminal was pleasantly unexpected. Convenient kiosks and kind staff made the check-in procedure quick and easy. The layout of the terminal appealed to me; it was roomy, light, and included a variety of dining options. Unlike other terminals, this one didn't feel chaotic. The wait wasn't too long, and the TSA officers were quite courteous. Boarding was on time, and JetBlue's gate agents were effective. Additionally, I observed that the restrooms were spotless, which isn't typically the case at airports. I wouldn't think twice about using this terminal again. There's a reason why JetBlue has such a stellar reputation.
