Hello! Flying with Lufthansa JFK Terminal was wonderful. I got there a bit earlier than necessary, and I'm glad I did—check-in was smoothly run, but the lines filled up rather quickly. The Lufthansa people were terrifically attentive and understanding, even when some of the other passengers became a bit frazzled. Security was hectic but surprisingly efficient after check-in. Once you're in, I enjoyed how immaculate and tidy the terminal was. I got a snack and did some browsing while waiting to board. Lufthansa's gate agents were great—clear with announcements and very organized. They kept the boarding process orderly, which I greatly appreciated after a long day. It's easy to feel like just another number at large airports, but the Lufthansa staff made it feel a little more personal. I wouldn't think twice about flying with them again. It was a peaceful, pleasant farewell for a flight across many hours.
