NepalHRM is a cloud HR, payroll and attendance platform built in Kathmandu for companies operating in Nepal. A CIT optimizer shows the maximum legal Citizen Investment Trust contribution for each employee. Attendance that matches how Nepali offices actually run. ZKTeco and Hikvision biometric devices sync punches to the cloud, and staff at sites with no device check in by GPS from the mobile app. Shifts, rotations, overtime requests, grace periods and public holiday rules on the BS calendar are handled in the same module, and the output flows straight into payroll without an Excel export.
