My friends and I had a very good experience at the Air Cairo Bali Office we were going together and had a couple of queries regarding our flights, baggage allowance, and seat allocation, so we thought we'd go to the office—and glad we did! The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and patient with all of us. They made the entire process easy and smooth, even when we needed to make a couple of adjustments to our booking. They took the time to explain everything properly and ensured each of us was happy before we departed. The office itself was tidy, well-kept, and easy to locate, which was a big plus. What was most impressive, however, was just how genuinely helpful and professional the team was. It's not always a simple thing when traveling in groups, but Air Cairo staff took care of everything perfectly. Big thanks to the Bali office for making our trip even better! Highly recommended if you're flying with Air Cairo and need assistance while in Bali.
