Hi there, I don't often leave reviews, but the KLM Airlines Las Vegas Office certainly warrants one. I had a problem with my return trip from Amsterdam as a result of a schedule adjustment, and I was somewhat anxious about approaching it. As soon as I entered their office, I was met with a friendly smile and immediately received assistance. The employees were courteous and amazingly patient. They heard my situation, spoke slowly and clearly about everything, and even provided me with a cup of coffee as they arranged everything. I was never made to feel rushed or dismissed — something I have, unfortunately, been subjected to at other airlines previously. In less than 20 minutes, they had me rebooked, forwarded all the new documents to my email, and even offered advice on airport check-in times and bag allowances. What I loved most was how human the experience felt. No waiting in eternity, no taped responses — just actual help from actual people. This type of customer service really makes a big difference. Whether you're flying for business or pleasure, it's reassuring to know that KLM has a good, supportive presence in Las Vegas. Thanks again to the entire team there. You've certainly earned a loyal flyer in me.
