Hi there, I had such a wonderful experience with the United Airlines San Diego Office recently that I felt obligated to post a review. Travel arrangements can be stressful enough, but the staff here made a potential headache smooth and surprisingly pleasant. I stopped by because I was having difficulty booking a multi-city trip for miles. Online support wasn't really doing the trick, so I thought I'd give the local office a shot. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was being taken care of. I was greeted immediately, and within minutes I was sitting down with a representative named Erica (hope I spelled her name correctly!). She was patient, incredibly informed, and genuinely appeared to be familiar with the inside scoop on the United system. She walked us through a number of different options, described fare variations, provided suggestions for perfect layover lengths, and even assisted me in getting a better seat back for my way home. What most impressed me was how personal and human the experience was. You don't often leave an airline branch smiling! Bonus: the office was tidy, organized, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made everything less daunting. Strongly recommend checking in with the San Diego United office if you desire service that is personal and professional. Thanks again to the team!
