Hi there! I have just traveled with Emirates Airlines Office in Buffalo International Airport and, in the absence of a specific Emirates office at the airport, I had a very smooth trip. As I got to the airport, I was a bit worried about where to go as I couldn't see an Emirates office. But there was a small service desk in the terminal where there were Emirates personnel ready to provide service to passengers. The personnel manning this desk were highly courteous and professional. I could quickly check in and obtain all my information about the flight. Although I did need to call the Emirates customer service number for a few extra questions, their representatives were extremely friendly and helpful and made up for them not having an actual office at BUF. I was able to have all my questions about baggage allowances and seat choice answered quickly. The flight was excellent with excellent comfort and service. While a physical office at the airport would be more convenient for passengers, I didn't really see the absence of one to be a big problem. Overall, Emirates Airlines made the entire process as simple as possible and had great customer service. I'd fly with them again in a heartbeat!
