Hello! I just had the pleasure of visiting the Southwest Airlines Richmond office and I was thoroughly impressed. The office was simple to locate, neatly situated within the airport, and I was welcomed with a smile as soon as I entered. I had a question regarding my flight, and the representative I talked to was extremely patient and meticulous. She did take the time to lay out all my possibilities, making sure I knew all my options before deciding. She obviously had lots of information on Southwest Airlines policy and was anxious to assist me. The office itself was clean, had comfortable chairs, and I did not have to wait long before being attended to, although I was there in the middle of the day. The representative was quick and effectively able to resolve my problem, making my travel experience considerably less stressful. I was most impressed with how accommodating and professional the staff were during my visit. If you are ever at the Richmond Airport and need help, I would highly suggest checking in at the Southwest Airlines office. The customer service was outstanding, and the employees truly went out of their way to get my needs taken care of. Truly a wonderful experience!
