Hello, It was an experience I won't soon forget working with the Oman Air Bahrain office. I stopped by with my wife and two small children to get a last-minute alteration made on our flights, and they worked beautifully with us. They were tolerant, efficient, and highly educated. What stood out most to me was that they kept our kids entertained as we did the paperwork — even providing them with juice and little snacks. The seating they recommended made our long flight so much more comfortable. They even double-checked our stroller request and special meal requests. It all felt personal and carefully managed. We left the office feeling highly pleased and very thankful. It's a rare experience to receive such kindness and courtesy in customer service nowadays. Oman Air has definitely earned our loyalty through the wonderful staff in their Bahrain office.
