Hello, I had a smooth journey via SAS Airlines UPG Terminal. The process from check-in to boarding was quite smooth. Terminal facilities were quite good, although it was slightly congested at peak hours. There were friendly and approachable staff available to answer my queries. The flight was punctual, and boarding was orderly. I particularly enjoyed the way the announcements were made in both local and English languages. There is some improvement to be made in the food court area, but it was not such a big problem. SAS Airlines made my journey hassle-free and easy. Would definitely recommend them!
