From the point we entered Qatar Airways Lusaka Office we felt hosted and nurtured. My colleagues and I were going on holiday to Asia and needed assistance scheduling our flights because we were from different destinations, arriving at various times. Everyone at the office in Lusaka was exceedingly patient and respectful, assisting us in identifying which connecting flights we could take for everyone to attend to their differing schedules. One of the agents in our group, however, exceeded all expectations to inform us of our choices and even provided suggestions on how we could save using Qatar's student discount system for some of us who are still in school. We were amazed by the expertise and kindness of all the staff—it really made a worrisome aspect of the travel experience easy and pleasant. We left the office with tickets reserved, seats selected, and wide grins on our faces. Strongly recommend this office to anyone in Lusaka seeking first-class service. They made what could have been a confusing experience a pleasant, well-organized one. Thumbs up to the whole team!
