Hello, A few weeks ago, I went to the Turkish Airlines Hanover Office to request assistance with rebooking a flight, and I'm really pleased with the assistance I got. I chose to go in person instead of trying to resolve things online since I was growing impatient with the platform. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered. The staff took the time to explain all of my options and were really helpful. There was no pressure or hurry; they explained everything in detail. The woman assisting me was quite patient as I asked her a few queries concerning baggage regulations and journey timings. She even offered me some advice for my Istanbul layover! In less than half an hour, everything was resolved, and I walked out of the office feeling knowledgeable and at ease. To be honest, this staff is unique in a world when customer service is frequently impersonal or hurried. If you're flying Turkish Airlines from or through Hanover, I heartily suggest them.
