I recently had to visit the Delta Airlines Amsterdam Office to resolve a problem with a flight reschedule, and I have to say, I was really impressed by the entire experience. The employees were very friendly and accommodating from the minute I entered the building. I was anticipating long wait times and tons of paperwork, but it all went down like clockwork and professionally. The person I spoke to was extremely well-informed and took the time to explain all the possibilities open to me. She even rebooked a flight with more favorable timing at no additional cost. What I was most impressed with was how calm and helpful everyone was, even when the office was obviously hectic. I also enjoyed that they had multilingual personnel, which made the entire experience more convenient for non-Dutch speakers such as myself. The office itself is tidy, simple to locate, and well-presented. Sincerely, it's not often these days one gets this sort of customer service, particularly at an airline office. Bravo to the Delta team in Amsterdam—keep it up!
