In order to maintain speed, Southwest Airlines has a distinctive and effective boarding procedure. Passengers are given a number between 1 and 60 and a boarding group (A, B, or C) in place of assigned seats. Check-in time, fare type, or whether you purchased EarlyBird Check-In determine your place. When it's time to board, travelers form a numerical line within their group. You can select any open seat once you're on board. Early boarding is permitted for people who require help and families with small children. Top boarding priority is often granted to A-List members and Business Select travelers. The entire boarding process is sped up and delays are decreased because to this open seating policy.
