Hi there! My recent journey through Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal was actually sort of enjoyable—which I don't say about airports very often. The terminal had good food choices, clean bathrooms, and quick Wi-Fi. I didn't feel as if I was in a hurry or stressed. What was surprising was how laid-back the entire atmosphere felt. The TSA employees even made a few jokes! Boarding was in Southwest's typical fashion—by group—and it was extremely efficient. I had a tiny carry-on, and I liked how the flight staff ensured overhead compartments were utilized well. Really strong airport experience.
