Hi there, departing out of the Southwest Airlines LAX Terminal was a real treat. I'm accustomed to long lines and pandemonium at Airlines, but this terminal was much more relaxed. It was well-staffed and signage made everything very straightforward. Waiting areas were reasonably comfortable with plenty of outlets. I didn't notice a lot of restaurants, so it's a good idea to bring your own snacks just in case. But everything else went super smoothly—from bag drop to boarding. Kudos to the Southwest crew for keeping things organized and upbeat. I’d happily choose this terminal again if flying from Los Angeles.
