Hello, My recent Southwest Airlines Miami Airport experience was absolutely delightful. The workers at Terminal 1 were nice and professional. I got to the airport ahead of time, and the check-in went seamlessly and efficiently. What I just love about traveling with Southwest is that they offer no-fee baggage, and the workers informed me on how it operates so that the process was even easier. They were extremely customer-centered and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I also liked that there were available parking spaces nearby, as I had driven. The short-term parking was great and near the terminal. After checking in, I liked having the extensive array of restaurants and stores within the terminal. Security was quick and efficient, and the time went by quickly with free Wi-Fi being available all over the terminal. Southwest Airlines at Miami International definitely knows how to treat its customers right.
