Hello, My experience with flying Southwest Airlines San Jose Mineta Airport was great. I booked a domestic flight and was amazed at how simplified the whole experience was. Southwest customer service was excellent, with friendly and efficient customer service personnel assisting with check-in and boarding. The Terminal B configuration is easy to understand and organized, so it is simple to navigate. I also appreciated that Southwest had no change fees, allowing me the liberty to adjust my flight in case plans get altered. There are a variety of restaurants at the terminal, and I was able to quickly have a bite before boarding the flight. Moreover, the complimentary Wi-Fi was a pleasant addition, keeping me engaged while waiting to board. Southwest’s affordability, flexibility, and excellent customer service make it my preferred airline when traveling out of San Jose Mineta Airport.
