Once on the plane, the crew kept the mood light, the announcements were clear and even a bit humorous, and the pilot’s updates made me feel like I was in good hands. For such a busy airport, Southwest’s setup at EWR made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. It wasn’t about fancy lounges or luxury perks—it was just an easy, pleasant journey, and that made all the difference. I left feeling impressed by how smoothly everything went, and I’ll definitely consider Southwest at EWR Terminal again the next time I fly out of Newark.
