Hello. My flight on Sun Country DTW Terminal last time was fine—nothing spectacular, but not horrible either. The terminal is smaller and lacks as many amenities and food choices as the rest of the airport. That being said, security was quick and boarding was right on time. The gate area was a bit tight, especially when boarding.". I suggest you bring your own food if you desire something acceptable. It's a no-frills affair overall but it will do if you're on a budget flight. Sun Country is okay for a quick getaway out of Detroit.
