Hello! My Sun Country IAD Terminal was good all around. The terminal was well laid out, and there were personnel on hand to assist with questions. Security processed quickly, and the design of the terminal made it simple to locate my gate. The gate area wasn't busy, although it didn't have power outlets or restaurants. Nevertheless, it was clean and peaceful—good for a low-key travel day. Boarding was quick, and announcements were easy to hear. If you’re flying budget and don’t mind skipping some amenities, Sun Country is a decent option.
