Fosfomycin 3gm sachet is a powerful antibiotic often prescribed as a single-dose treatment for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs), especially in women. To ensure fast and effective relief, it’s important to take it correctly. Fosfomycin comes in sachet form and should be dissolved in water—never taken dry. Drink it on an empty stomach, ideally two to three hours before or after a meal, to enhance absorption. Hydration is key—drink plenty of water throughout the day to help flush bacteria from your urinary tract. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they can irritate the bladder. Also, do not combine Fosfomycin with certain medications like metoclopramide without consulting your doctor, as interactions may reduce its effectiveness. Always follow your doctor’s instructions and complete the full prescribed dose, even if symptoms improve quickly. If your symptoms persist after 48–72 hours, consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation. FOR MORE INFO VISIT : Dosepharmacy
