Our experience of traveling with Turkish Airlines JFK Terminal by our family was a perfect amalgamation of hospitality and comfort. We had a lot of luggage along with two sleep-deprived children, yet the Turkish Airlines crew greeted us warmly and promised a quick check-in. But what impressed me most was how the ground staff interacted with our kids—speaking to them, smiling at them, and assuaging them. We enjoyed the clear signs and courteous help throughout the terminal. There were adequate food options and seating in the gate area, and this made our wait more comfortable. On board, the staff was equally great, providing assistance with everything from overhead storage to child snacks. It felt like we were flying with people who truly cared. We've flown a lot of foreign carriers, but Turkish Airlines really stood out, particularly from the JFK side. We'd love to fly with them again—this was family-friendly flying the way it should be!
