Hello, Traveling with my aging mother can be difficult, but the United Airlines Calgary Office in Canada made it easy. I visited it a few days prior to our flight to Florida to schedule wheelchair service and priority boarding. The staff assured that all special services were accurately recorded in our reservation. When we landed at the airport, all was done as expected—airport attendants were poised to help, and our boarding experience was hassle-free and dignified. The agents in the offices really cared and took their time to make everything personalized.
