I was really surprised with the treatment my elderly father experienced when he recently flew through the United Airlines JFK Terminal. Staff members gave us a wheelchair as soon as we got there and helped us with security and check-in. He was made to feel at ease and not hurried by the kind and understanding attendants. He was able to board early and safely secure his carry-on thanks to the excellent coordination of United's personnel. Priority seating was also available at the boarding gate, which was fantastic. The trip seemed inclusive and respectful as a result. Knowing that my father was in capable care gave me peace of mind.
