Hello! I just took United Airlines LGA Terminal and I was truly impressed. The terminal looks new, fresh, and much more open than I can recall from previous visits. I checked in through the United app, and bag drop was efficient with friendly personnel within reach. Security was a breeze, and the TSA officials were courteous. I had time to get a coffee and there was ample seating by the gate. The flight boarded on schedule, and the gate agents were good about keeping us posted. The actual flight was smooth, and the staff was pleasant all the way through. The new terminal does make the entire experience so much better—it's bright, airy, and has a much improved layout compared to the old days. For a busy NYC airport, it was surprisingly peaceful. I'd gladly fly United again—smooth from beginning to end. Just arrive early if you have checked bags.
