The personnel at the United Airlines MCO Terminal demonstrated remarkable professionalism in managing a two-hour weather delay. In spite of the delay, gate agents were kind and promptly updated customers on departure status every 20 minutes. While we waited, they even gave us snack vouchers, which made things less frustrating. There were plenty of outlets and hygienic facilities close by, so the wait was more bearable. I also observed representatives actively helping families reschedule connections and gently responding to inquiries. Coffee and snacks were available throughout the stay at nearby concession stalls like Auntie Anne's and Starbucks. While delays can be upsetting, the prompt, helpful service at Orlando's United terminal made the downtime a manageable and quite enjoyable experience.
