Hi everyone! I recently flew out of Toronto Pearson on United Airlines, and I was truly impressed with the United Airlines YYZ Terminal experience. Terminal 1 was spotless, up to date, and the signs were easy to read—useful when you have kids like me. The United check-in stations were well set out, and the staff were incredibly helpful when I had a question regarding carry-on restrictions. Security progressed quicker than I had anticipated, so I had additional time to pull over and obtain a coffee prior to boarding. The boarding area had ample charging stations, which benefited my teenagers' equipment. Boarding was announced on schedule, and the gate agents were courteous and professional. Overall, my visit to the United Airlines was seamless, serene, and well-organized—just what you wish to happen when flying overseas. I'd highly recommend flying United out if you appreciate service and a well-operated terminal. I'll be flying again out of here soon!
